At Pradeep E World FZ-LLC, we are committed to delivering genuine value through every coaching engagement. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking.
Discovery Consultation Fees
Discovery consultation fees are non-refundable. The discovery call is a complimentary session; however, any paid consultation or assessment fee is non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
Refund Requests Before Coaching Begins
If coaching has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed and considered within 7 days of the original payment date. To submit a request, please email [email protected] with your name, program details, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Once Coaching Has Begun
Once coaching begins — meaning your first coaching session has been conducted — all fees become non-refundable. This applies regardless of the number of remaining sessions in your program.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of genuine medical emergency or other exceptional circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Please contact us at [email protected].
